This is one of the best purchases I have made on my home remodel. First of, I had questions and started to correspond with Alice at the Shade Company. She answered all of the questions that I had with regards to measuring, options and color selection on the shade in a timely manner. The Shade arrived faster than I thought it would. It was packaged very well and had no visual damages to the package. Once we opened the box, everything was wrapped properly with bubblewrap and tspe. We found all the parts and directions for the mounting of the screen. It was exactly the measurements I had given them. I have to say two of us installed it in about an hour including the side masking. The remote works great. This was one of the smoothest installations that we have experienced on the re-model. We also use this shade as a screen to watch movies at night as it is located in the Master Bedroom across from the foot of the Bed. We are very pleased with this shade and will definately do business with this Manufacturer / Supplier again. Kincmo reached out to me to check and see if I ordered my products correctly, turns out messed up on my order and they caught it. I can't explain their customer service other than they are a class act! I plan to do the rest of my house in with Kincmo shades!
