EDIT 1: We've now installed 5 of these shades and just ordered 4 more. Their customer service is far and beyond anything we've received from high end stores, much less on Amazon. They send multiple emails: confirm the size ordered, question order details, shipment tracking, and follow up to see if you have any questions. They also review orders carefully and when we ordered a different bottom rod for one room that was unlike those we selected in other rooms, they emailed to confirm it wasn't a mistake. No vendor does that! The shades are packed with extreme care and ship quickly. We truly couldn't be happier with our purchases!
EDIT 2: Installed the 95% Blackout Gabriel White in our bedroom and are so pleased with the level of room darkening provided by the zebra shades. The first morning we didn't realize it was as late as it was because the room was so dark! High quality product and amazing customer service support that we've come to expect from this company.
